Built by wrenches, run by engineers
DigiTech Auto was started by a master technician and an electronics engineer who kept watching good shops lose billable hours to bad tools: scan tablets that bricked mid-update, ADAS systems that needed a loaner car to calibrate, support lines that read scripts. The company they built supplies independent workshops and dealership service bays with professional-grade diagnostics that work the way a shop works — all day, every day.
From a 38,000 sq ft warehouse we ship OEM-level diagnostic tablets, ECU programming kits, and ADAS calibration systems from Autel, Launch, X-431, and Bosch — and we stand behind them with free US-based tech support and lifetime firmware updates. The 24-month no-questions warranty is double the industry standard because we sell tools we'd run ourselves.
What we supply
- Diagnostic tablets: bi-directional scan tools with guided functions for domestic, Asian, and European platforms.
- ECU programming: J2534 pass-thru devices and flash kits for module coding, key programming, and reflashes.
- ADAS calibration: target systems, alignment rigs, and software that keep recalibrations inside spec.
The difference is in the lookup: our in-house VIN-to-tool compatibility database covers 74,000+ vehicle variants from 1996 onward, so a shop knows the tool covers the car on the lift before it leaves our dock. Support calls are answered by technicians who have held the wrench — 14 hours a day — not a call center.
For shops that bill by the hour
Every minute a diagnostic tool fails is a bay sitting dark. We built DigiTech Auto so that never happens: stock deep enough to ship same day, updates that never expire, and honest guidance about which tool fits which shop. Independent workshops and dealer bays that equip with DigiTech Auto buy tools once and call us when it matters — and we pick up.
